Many gay men experience difficulty expressing feelings, acknowledging wants and needs, and finding role models or templates on how to be in relationship with one another. Frequently without trying, we may find ourselves acting as our parents did causing damage to the relationship we are in or leaving us wounded and doubtful that a relationship with another man can is possible. Fortunately, with practice and guidance, improving your relationship or opening yourself up to dating in an even healthier way is an option.

The Forging Conscious Love Workshop is a fun and helpful weekend of getting to know yourself and other gay men, improving your communication skills and building confidence in what you bring to the relationship you’re in or want to be part of.
