Family and Child Counseling

Matt recognizes the importance of openly discussing the blocks to communication, parenting and growth. Children are amazing beings, and are much more sensitive to emotions than most adults believe or are aware. Therefore, they are very sensitive to shame and the sense of not belonging. Family counseling is not about blaming or isolating, but creating a sense of openness that may be absent in the family unit. What parents often forget is that the small child that they were, still resides within them.
